I am pretty fond of new babies, as many of you know from reading all my new baby posts. One of my closest friends, Jeanne, just ended a recently not-so-fun pregnancy by welcoming her daughter, Celia Joy! Here is is in an ADORABLE HANDKNIT outfit that her talented Mommy made for her...
