New Work - Always Dream Big - Mixed Media Collage & 365 Days With Kiddos - #30 - Teach Your Kids to Dream BIG!!
I have had so many wonderful opportunities lately. I have always been one to dream big. I think it is a very important message to share with my children. My father and his sister were both very instrumental in teaching me that I could achieve anything I sent my mind to, as long as I also worked hard. Many people talk about how it is possible to live your dreams, but then they will not do the work to make their dreams happen. Challenges and set backs do occur, but what is important is to push on, with more determination.
Good things can happen when you set your mind to it. We all have bad days, but it is getting up after falling down that is important. Most things happen when the time is right, forcing something that is not ready to be won't make it happen. But continuing to put in the time and effort almost always pays off in the end. I am a dreamer. I also live in reality, knowing that if opportunity doesn't knock, I need to build a door. This post is for all the hard working dreamers out there...

I just love this, Tiffany! So gorgeous!
Thank you so very much! I love your blog :)
If this was still available and I had the spare $100, I would jump on it. It reminds me SO much of my dad, who passed away last fall, and my mom. My dad, you see, LOVED to fish more than anything in the world. And my mom loves feeding and watching her birds (especially finches). Without them as parents, I wouldn't be living my dream right now. This piece is so sweet. Thank you for creating it.
Thank you so much for sharing with me about your Mom & Dad, KJ! This piece is still available... I am bringing it to a solo show I am having during the month of June at a local cafe. Please do let me know if you are interested as I am willing to show it with a "not for sale" sticker. The pieces stay up for a full month, so I would not need payment before July 1st. Either way, I do appreciate you taking the time to reach out and share with me. By the way, what is the dream you are living (if you are willing to share)? I am off to check out your profile...
